<image:title>Home - If you don’t win, we don’t get fees or costs. Period.</image:title>
<image:caption>Did you know that attorneys and representatives who work on social security cases are generally NOT allowed to collect a fee unless their clients win? However, they are still allowed to collect “costs” for making copies or mailing out documents, even if you don’t win. Park Disability Law does not charge any costs whether you win or lose your claim. We never ask you for a deposit at the beginning of your case or send you a bill at the end of your case. We only receive fees if you win, and directly from Social Security. You never have to worry about paying a bill from us.</image:caption>
